Sample Work

While I am at work I am in charge of doing many different things.  I have done a lot of organizational work throughout the semester.  Below are some snapshots of spreadsheets I have created and maintained.

Above part of a spreadsheet I made a few weeks ago.  This spreadsheet is a breakdown of Jenna's current and potential clients.  The yellow markings indicate which months companies are going to advertise in.  This allows Jenna to organize which brand she is going to try and sell ad space to and then for which month.
Above is the second part of the same spreadsheet.  This image shows which companies ran with Bon Appetit during the 2013 year.  Jenna will look back at this when she is selling ad space as well.
Another thing I was in charge of was sending out comp copies of the magazine.  We send these out to clients who ran in the magazine so they can see their ad in real life, to potential clients that want to review an issue, and to competitive magazines. In return we also get competetive magazines to review what and where clients are placing ads.

Above is a snapshot of a partial expense report. At the end of every month I am in charge of putting in all of Jenna's and David's receipts into an expense system.  Jenna and David have a yearly stipend that they can use for company/client relations.  At the beginning of the following month I go through their company credit cards and the approved expense report to make sure everything is accounted for.

The best part about this internship would have to be how different my tasks were everyday.  My favorite things to do by far was to package client gifts to make them look pretty.  I received several complements for my ability to make anything look pleasing to the eye.  Today (12.11.12) I actually packaged the christmas gifts that David and Jenna are going to hand out to other representatives.  Below are two pictures of the final product.
